Processing Time

All items are made to order. We take pride in the quality of our work and want to ensure that you are happy with your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.  

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via USPS with typical delivery times ranging from 1-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

HoneyCloud Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
